My name is Jessica and I am the owner of Pursuit of Roots Genealogy and Family History Services. I am here to help you in your pursuit of your roots! I first started doing genealogy and family history research in 2007, when FamilySearch and Ancestry were in their infancy. I lived in Utah at the time and made regular trips to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, trying to learn more about my ancestors. 

I got married in 2008 which opened up a WHOLE NEW family that I got to research. I have done extensive research on my husband's line, for which my extended family is incredibly grateful for. This is what inspired me to start Pursuit of Roots, to help others who cannot do the research to learn more about their Ancestors.
